Our houses
Dar Dalya was a private residence built in 1976. Transforming the home into a boutique guesthouse has been a delicate process, with every element of the rebuild preserving the memory and essence of the original design.
Dar Dalya offers four dwellings. Two for two guests, the others for three, available to rent either separately or together as a villa.
Culinary tradition
Daliat El-Carmel has a rich culinary tradition, with delectable foods passed down from generations.
Dar Dalya offers a complimentary homemade breakfast for all guests, consisting of a platter of fresh labneh, cold-pressed olive oil, freshly baked saj bread, and seasonal vegetables.
You can also book a lunch or dinner in advance and indulge in authentic Druze dishes, which bring the region’s time-honored cuisine to life.
